Dainty Emerald Cut Tanzanite & Trilliant Diamond Ring in Yellow Gold

What this Tanzanite gives up in size it makes up for it in perfect color and huge sparkle! The emerald cut Tanzanite, weighing just under 1ct, is imbued with a neon blue tone which appears more purple as the gem moves and the viewer sees the gem through a different axis; in Tanzanite, this multi-tonal effect is known as pleochroism. The kick-butt gem is more than capable of standing on its own but we decided to set it with unusual trilliant shaped Diamond accents that emphasize the elongated shape and add even more sparkle to the piece. The trio are set in a rich yellow gold ring mounting that hugs the finger and allows the gems to take center stage.
