Our showroom will be open by appointment only, Monday-Thursday 10 am-6 pm and Friday-Saturday 10 am – 8 pm. To book an appointment, submit the form below. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment or schedule you at a different time. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please check your spam email folder and call us. For appointments on Sunday or outside regular hours, please note your preferred time on the form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In order to maintain social distancing guidelines and follow Washington state law, masks or face coverings are required during your appointment. Those with a medical exemption can work remotely with us via phone, email or video conference and utilize our curbside service. Please do not bring more than one other person with you to the appointment. We are now scheduling up to three parties per time slot, kept at a safe distance in our store. Private appointments are available. We will be cleaning the jewelry and store surfaces between appointments, and having the storefront routinely disinfected. All employees will wash hands before each appointment, wear masks, stay home if sick, and try to keep 6 feet from clients and each other. We ask that anyone visiting Federal Way Custom Jewelers follow the same guidelines for the health and safety of our clients and employees.
