Open By Appointment

The Federal Way Custom Jewelers showroom is open by appointment only, Monday-Saturday 10am – 6pm. We accept walk-ins only on a case-by-case basis when we are able to safely accommodate additional clients. To book an appointment, submit the form below or call us. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment or schedule you at a different time. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please check your spam email folder and call or respond to our email. For appointments on Sunday or outside regular hours, please note your preferred time on the form and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are closed major holidays.

In order to maintain the health of our clients and employees and be in line with the current county and state health guidelines, masks are required at all times in our store. We are now scheduling up to three parties per time slot, kept at a safe distance in our store; private appointments are available. We will be cleaning the jewelry and store surfaces between appointments, and having the storefront routinely disinfected. All employees have been fully vaccinated, will wash hands before each appointment, stay home if sick, and try to keep 6 feet from clients and each other. We ask that anyone visiting Federal Way Custom Jewelers follow the same guidelines for all of our health and safety. We appreciate your patience and support as we navigate the COVID19 crisis.
