The Federal Way Custom Jewelers showroom in Federal Way, WA is open Tuesday-Saturday 10am – 6pm. We recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our jewelry design, repair, or estate advising experts such that they have the time to best serve your needs. You are welcome to include a photo when you message us, or email with additional images. We accept walk-ins on a case-by-case basis when we are able to safely accommodate additional clients. If you use the below form, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment or schedule you at a different time. If you have not heard from us, please check your spam email folder or give us call. Initial consultations typically last around an hour for custom design or engagement ring purchases, with less time required for most repairs. For appointments outside regular hours, please note your preferred time on the form and we will do our best to accommodate you. We close on major holidays.

As of March 2022, masks and face coverings are no longer required to be worn in our store. We will gladly wear them by request. For additional safety, we follow a strict cleaning and sanitation protocol, all employees have been fully vaccinated, wash hands before each appointment, stay home if sick, and try to maintain a socially distanced shopping experience.
