As was true in fashion of the era, the joy was not to be contained, and this ebullient ring is case and point. Here, a natural white-sheen Moonstone is bezel set in the center, surrounded by a halo of red Garnets. The use of colored gemstones like these was in style, as servicemen coming back from the war brought back mementos from mines overseas, and designers worked with more affordable gem materials that made larger designs more affordable. This ring is crafted in gleaming 14k yellow gold, and is substantial- the ring measures over 20mm north to south!
