This graceful engagement ring is centered with a stunning color changing Garnet. The natural gemstone hails from Bekily, Madagascar where these gems were discovered in the 1990’s; a source which is now depleted. These gems electrified the gem world, since they are the only Garnet variety found in blue tones. In this case, the grayish blue color is seen under natural light, but under incandescent light the Garnet become a rich raspberry red. The Diamond encrusted mounting forms a tulip-shaped cup which holds and protects the center gemstone, and creates an elegant look on the hand.
