This fabulous ring is the marriage of an estate mounting with one of our newly sourced colored gemstones. The center gem is a Sapphire from Sri Lanka in a rich golden yellow hue and the color is totally natural. We set it in an 18k yellow gold head to add richness and used Cartier-style claw prongs for a vintage flair. The platinum and Diamond 3-stone mounting is mid-century and was made by Jabel, a well respected East-Coast jewelry design house known for their classic styling. The standout feature of this ring is the cut of the Sapphire- it has amazing brilliance and no windowing, resulting in a level of sparkle that nears that of a canary yellow Diamond!
