This unique ring is an estate-custom hybrid where we up-cycled a designer “A Jaffe” ring mounting, modified it, and set it with one of our loose Sapphires. The gem was custom cut with a round brilliant facet pattern that makes it one of the most sparkling Sapphires we have seen. Unlike most purple Sapphires that have either a strong blue or pink undertone, this one is a regal eggplant shade that is neither too dark or pale. The mounting is classic, presenting the Sapphire like a solitaire accented with small Diamonds down the shank. That said, this designer ring has some luxury touches- Diamonds hidden under the gem for extra sparkle, and a squared Euro shank to prevent the ring from spinning on the hand. Purple perfection, in ring form.
