This wonderful estate ring was brought to us with a damaged center stone, so we went through a lengthy process to come up with replacement candidates and settled on this amazing blue sapphire. This particular stone is Burmese in origin; a location which is known to produce some of the best sapphires in the world. The rich dark blue is reminiscent of blue velvet, but without being overly dark, and the rows of white diamonds surrounding the central sapphire help to bring sparkle and light to the piece.
