This simple, elegant engagement ring was designed for a colored stone collector who wanted a natural Sapphire. By natural, we mean totally untreated. This particular Ceylon Sapphire is totally natural and a beautiful medium periwinkle blue color. It was custom cut by our favorite lapidary, and as such, is full of brilliance, unlike many dull or poorly cut Sapphires. The client set this gem in a thin-shanked mounting, with a split shank that turns into the prongs. The entire thing is micro-pave set with Diamond accents, giving the ring finesse and delicacy that is adorable on the hand. This is the ideal medium blue engagement ring, and will never be out of style.
