This spectacular Sapphire ring has special significance- it is the ring that our Operations Manager, Brandon, used to propose to his wonderful fiance, Gina. Gina wanted a dark blue Sapphire with no purple or green undertones, set in an understated mounting that she could wear on a daily basis. Brandon spent the entire Tucson show hunting for a Sapphire worthy of the project, and eventually selected this gem. The vivid cushion cut Ceylon Sapphire is a scarcity: certified as royal blue and untreated. The Sapphire is set in a custom deco-influenced 3-stone mounting: half moon cut Diamonds are set in fine semi-bezels, the square euro-shank is grooved down the side, and the gallery of the ring has fine wire work for a filigree effect. Needless to say, she said yes!
