An Art Deco gents ring? That’s right! But it could easily be a chunky lady’s ring too- we don’t discriminate. This fantastic late-Deco ring was made circa 1930s and features the iconic buckle design. The top of the white gold ring is set with a curved tablet of black onyx, which is inset with a trapezoidal frame which contains the central Diamond. The contrast between black and white is striking here, both between the onyx and white gold as well as the onyx and Diamond. This ring hugs the finger with a nice low profile and was likely worn on a pinky originally, though could just as easily be a wedding band today. What fun!
Details: 10k white gold ring set with black onyx and .20ct transitional cut round center Diamond (SI1 I), circa 1930s.
