Akoya Pearl Bypass Ring in Yellow Gold

This stunning mid-century ring oozes class and sophistication. Pearls, one of the June birthstones and perennial favorites of classy ladies, have long been worn as a dressy accessory. This Pearl ring is dressier than most, featuring two large Akoya Pearls of particularly fine quality, a slew of sparkling Diamonds, and rich yellow gold which combine to give it great presence on the hand. While it is certainly classy, this ring is at the same time warm, due to the yellow gold base material and the creamy undertone of the white Pearls. These are lustrous cultured Pearls from Japan, known as Akoya Pearls due to the growth process, with a mirror-like lustre, thick nacre, and a shine that glows. They are so nice that whoever designed the ring decided to use two of them! This ring is new old stock, part of a jeweler’s estate, and was never worn, so it is in excellent condition and perfect for the next owner.
