Vintage French 18k Gold & Mint Green Emerald Ring

A treasure from 1980’s France, this fantastic estate ring has a design that makes quite the impression. The rich 18k yellow gold mounting is hand fabricated, as such it is not perfectly symmetrical but it gleams with a wonderful aged patina. Set in the center is a 3/4ct rectangular natural Emerald in an alluring mint-green shade and excellent clarity. While not the typical dark green that Emeralds are known for, this is a bright and lively seafoam or minty shade of green that glows even in the lowest of lighting thanks to the top clarity. The Emerald is bezel-set in a hand-fabricated bezel, keeping it low profile and protected. A duo of marquise diamonds flanks the Emerald adding sparkle.
