This “periwinkle” light blue shade is a popular choice for engagement rings, and is only found in natural Sapphires from Sri Lanka. This particular gem has an inner glow that is simply stunning on the hand. It is mounted in a half bezel setting which protects the stone and keeps it low on the hand, yet still gives the Sapphire enough light to shine. The band has a groove running down the center which mimics the open sides of the bezel, and the remaining surfaces of the ring are set with tiny Diamonds in the micro-pave’ style for added sparkle.
