Not all Citrines are created equally, and this pendant is proof positive of that statement. While many Citrines are pale, or a bit listless, this Madeira Citrine is a deep orange hue with amber undertones that is fiery and brilliant. We chose to set this as a solitaire pendant, since the sizable Citrine is large enough to handle itself, and because the color is simply so stunning on a gold chain against the skin. These darker Madeira Citrines were mined in Brazil some time ago, and are now quite scarce on the market, making this quite the collectible version of the alternate November birthstone.
