Custom Wedding Set for Oval Diamond in Twotone Gold

The concept of wedding sets- an engagement ring and wedding band worn together- is ages old, but coming back in style. Many clients who choose to go this route want their bands to match their engagement rings, and the best way to accomplish that is to custom make the pair. We designed this set from scratch from a series of sketches the client brought in. The base material is white gold, accented with yellow gold to add richness and depth. The engagement ring is set with a central .75ct Diamond and accents on the shank while the band has a meandering path of Diamonds that weave among the gold filigree work. While this is clearly a modern design, there is a charming nod to the earlier eras that give it warmth and character.
