This custom ring was designed to have enough width and presence on its own to take the place of a more traditional 2-ring wedding set. The ring is crafted from a solid piece of platinum which is then flush set with a round Yellow Sapphire and Diamonds, then finished with a beautiful metal texture. The original idea for this ring came from another store, but we were able to recreate it (with a few improvements on the design) at a much lower final price for the client. This project followed the standard procedure for most of our custom work: we started with our client’s verbal description of the ring, worked up CAD drawings, went through a full custom process where we fine-tuned the design, then made the piece. The client was thrilled to get such a beautiful ring, through a fun process, and at an affordable price point.

Details: heavy 950 platinum ring with 1.00ct round Yellow Sapphire (untreated, from Madagascar) and .68ctw round Diamonds (SI1 G).
