The best jewelry store in the entire Puget Sound area. The customer service, the superb quality of their gem stones, their designs, the friendliness of the personnel in this store - and of course the trustworthiness. Federal Way Jewelers has it all. They have been our go to store for over 30 years.  Even when we lived 2000 miles away. I had a great experience at Federal Way custom jewelers today! I came in looking for a gift for my husband, but wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. The sales associate showed me several options and asked me a lot of questions to ultimately help me decide to purchase a ceramic ring. Great experience working with Donna at fwcj to create a custom sapphire ring. It turned out so incredibly stunning and I’m absolutely in love with it. She was so patient working through the design and the stone selection and so great with my toddler in tow for all of my appointments. Would highly recommend her and this jewelry store to anyone!
