The Halo ring concept is a classic design that has gone through many iterations through the years. In the early 1900’s it was more common for these rings to be what we call daisy halos, where the diamonds were larger and had the appearance of flower petals surrounding the smaller center stone. In this case, the white gold ring features a round blue sapphire center with larger European Cut diamond accents surrounding it and swirled motifs on the shank.
Details: 18k white gold ring with .40ct round Sapphire and .70ctw diamond accents (SI JK), circa 1915.
