What does "Mounting Only" mean?
"Mounting Only" means the main center diamond is not included. Many of the engagement ring mountings in our store do not include the center stone. Small diamonds that may be on the shank of the ring are included in the mounting only price. If you already own a stone, you can have it set by our jeweler, or we will supply your unique center stone from our wide selection of diamonds and exotic colored gemstones to suit your taste.

Can I return the ring if I don't like it?
There is a general 10-day return policy, but we want to do everything to make you happy the first time around. Any ring in stock can be sent to you, upon full payment, for you to inspect prior to having the ring created specifically for you. Custom orders are NOT returnable, but might be exchangeable depending on the designer.

How long will it take for delivery or completion?
Delivery and/or completion basically depends on the design of the ring, but generally 2-4 weeks is a good estimate. We do not advocate waiting until the last minute, but we are often able to do the impossible when it comes to rush jobs and get you your rings just in time.

How secure is ordering a ring through your site?
Generally, all orders are placed by phone. Packages are sent through the post office, registered and insured, UPS, or FedEx. Orders can be placed by credit card, money order or check. If paying by credit card, we must ship to the billing address.

How do I figure out my ring size?
Any local jewelry store will be able to figure out your ring size. To place an order, we need accurate ring sizes to avoid complications.

Are all of your designs available through your location?
Yes, but not all designs are in stock or sized to your finger, many are produced per your order. Call to set up an appointment if you want to visit our store in order to receive the most personal attention at a time most convenient to you. Your associate will work with you to make a design most pleasing to you.
