I wanted to let you know that we received our TrewEdge Tungsten ring from your jewelry store. My fiance loves it and its the perfect size as well. Thank you so much for your terrific service. I really appreciate all the email, snail mail (receipt) and phone communication letting me know the status of exactly where it was at all times. And, you got it to us weeks in advance of when everyone else quoted (within a week and a half instead of 3 to 4 weeks) and it was fully insured which really gave me peace of mind considering the amount of investment it was. We frequently order products online, but I think you gave it a very personal touch and lots of care. Anyway, I think you have terrific customer service and did a great job.
