Information and Policy
 

 

• All TrewTungsten bands are available in full and half sizes from 3 to 12½.
• Special sizes from 13 to 15 are available at an additional charge of 25%. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. All sales are final on special size orders.
• Each ring comes with a 14-day size guarantee and can be returned in like new condition and exchanged for another size at the discretion of Trent West Designs.
• TrewTungsten rings are not sizeable. Trent West Designs offers a new, equal or similar ring in the new desired size at no additional cost. To qualify, the original owner must present their ring in good condition along with a copy of the original sales invoice and warranty form to an authorized retailer. Allow 5 weeks for your replacement. Limit one free size exchange per customer.
• TrewTungsten hard metal surface portions of the ring with minor scratches may be re-finished for a fee at the discretion of Trent West Designs
• Custom laser engraving is available for a fee. Please provide written instructions. Please make sure the size is correct when ordering engraving because a new ring will need to be made and re-engraved for the customer. There will be engraving removal fees for the returned ring.
• Caution: The factory will void the warranty if a ring is altered in any way, including engraving, sizing, drilling, stone setting, polishing or evidence of obvious repeated physical abuse.

 

Information and Policy Specific to Bands with Diamonds

• TrewTungsten bands set with diamonds are available in 7 and 9mm widths only.
• All diamonds used are set into platinum bezels. Ten and fifteen point round brilliant diamonds are set low profile. Twenty-five point round brilliant diamonds may be set low or slightly raised by request.
• Diamonds set into all TrewTungsten bands will be furnished exclusively by Trent West Designs. Please do not ask the factory to set your diamonds.
• Please allow four weeks for diamond set band orders.
